How does the membership work each month?
Each month, your membership contribution is automatically added to your personal MidState Aesthetics account as banked funds you can use toward future treatments or products. In addition, you receive exclusive member pricing and savings. It’s a simple way to invest in your results while enjoying ongoing benefits.
How are payments processed?
Your membership is billed automatically on the first of each month using the card on file. This ensures your funds continue to build consistently.
Is there a setup or enrollment fee?
Yes, there is a one-time $50 setup fee to establish your MidState Aesthetics account.
What can I use my banked funds on?
Your funds can be applied to most aesthetic services, treatments, and retail skincare products, giving you flexibility to use your membership in a way that best fits your goals.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, there is an initial 6-month commitment. This allows time to build consistency and see meaningful results.
What happens if I cancel early?
If you choose to cancel within the initial 6-month period, a $200 early cancellation fee applies. You will also be responsible for any discounts received during that time.
What happens after the 6-month commitment?
After the initial term, your membership continues on an annual basis. You may cancel at any time after the first 6 months without penalty, as long as the request is submitted in writing.
Do my funds expire?
As long as your membership remains active, your funds continue to accumulate.
If your membership is canceled, any remaining balance must be used within 6–12 months, depending on account status. Unused funds after that time may be forfeited.
What happens if my account is inactive?
If there is no activity on your account for 13 consecutive months, your membership may be terminated. Any remaining balance must be used within 6 months or will be subject to forfeiture.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. You may upgrade your membership at any time to access additional savings and benefits. Downgrades are available after the initial 6-month commitment has been completed.
Can I combine membership pricing with promotions?
Membership pricing cannot be combined with other promotional or discounted packages.
Is the membership transferable?
Memberships and banked funds are non-transferable and intended for your personal use at MidState Aesthetics.
