Policies and Fees
At MidState Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide the highest quality care for all our patients. To effectively manage our schedule and accommodate all appointment requests, we have implemented the following 24-hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
Cancellation Policy
- During Business Hours: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid fees.
- After Business Hours: If you need to cancel after business hours (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), cancellations made via voicemail, text, or email must be requested 24 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid fees.
No-Show Policy & Fees
Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee as follows:

- Botox/Dysport Consultation – $50
- Filler Consultation – $100
- Aesthetics Consultation – $50
- Laser Consultation – $100
Treatments
- Neurotoxin (Botox, Dysport) – $50
- Filler – $100
- Sculptra & PRP Treatments – $150
- Laser Treatments (Sofwave, BBL Hero, MOXI, IPL, V-Beam, Laser Hair Removal) – $100
- Microneedling – $50
- Facials (Express, European, Advanced) – $50
- Dermalinfusion – $50
- Microdermabrasion – $50
- Chemical Peels – $50
- TheraClearX – $50
- Dermaplaning – $50
- EmsculptNEO/Emsella– $50
How to Avoid Fees
To avoid a cancellation or no-show fee, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment using one of the following methods:

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Should you have an adverse reaction to one of our products, please reach out to your provider or the practice to discuss your options.
